Every one of these is a line a healthcare vendor can cross without you knowing. Here is where we stand on each.
medicine.
You did not go into medicine to learn how ads work.
Karlista Maroney has consulted more than 30 physicians on their marketing and trained over 600 doctors total. She presented at A4M in 2026 and holds certification in exosome and stem cell science, compliance, and clinical practice.
She took what she learned and built the firm she knew would actually serve them. DIGICO is that build, made after endless conversations around the challenges physicians face every day.
Spending time in both healthcare and private equity, she has spent years running marketing for companies where claims get scrutinized. A lot of healthcare marketing does not hold up. It is usually not on purpose. Most vendors do not know the rules, and most doctors assume someone checked.
DIGICO builds the version that holds up. You work with Karlista directly.
Have you considered where your compliance and revenue gaps actually sit? That is where every engagement begins.
I’m ready31 to 5,229 sessions a month in eight months. Regenerative medicine company, Florida.

Get on the list.
Four ways to work with your practice, once the scan tells us where you actually stand. One to work on you.
The Overhaul
For a practice whose marketing needs to be rebuilt, not maintained.
- Full teardown of your current system, copy, funnels, and intake
- Rebuilt to convert and to hold up under scrutiny
- Every framework we use, applied to your practice
- Brand voice built from your own words, not a template
- Delivered as a system you own and can run
- No monthly commitment attached
Full Management
For a practice that wants the whole thing run for them.
- Ads, SEO, social, email, and reactivation
- Intake and follow-up built and managed
- Weekly analytics review, same day every week
- Direct line, call or text. First eight clients only
- BAA signed day one
Core
For a practice with one clear problem to solve first.
- A focused scope, built and managed
- Usually intake, follow-up, and reactivation
- Weekly analytics review, same day every week
- Direct line, call or text. First eight clients only
- BAA signed day one
The Audit
For a practice with its own marketing help that needs to know what to fix.
- Full review of your site, ads, social, email, and intake path
- Every compliance gap named, with the specific language to change
- Where patients drop off, valued against your own numbers
- A written plan your team can execute without us
- One 45-minute call to walk through it
- Credited in full toward a retainer within 90 days
Personal Brand
For the physician whose name is already worth more than it earns.
- You are the reason patients come, but only the practice gets paid for it
- You get asked to speak and have no way to convert the room
- Your name travels further than your schedule can absorb
- You want income that is not tied to being in the building
Reviewed in the order received.
Month one is the build. By day 90 your system is live, your content is running, and you have a measured baseline instead of a guess. Retainers carry a six-month minimum because nothing in this business shows its shape in less.
All engagements begin with an application, so we can tell whether we are the right fit. If we are, you get a one-to-one call with Karlista to walk through the gaps, your goals, and whatever is standing in the way.
I’m readyA look at what an audit includes.
Every practice we take on starts here. We score your marketing against the claim patterns that actually draw letters, then put a number on what the gaps are costing you. Nothing gets built until we both know what we are looking at.
- Flagged: Disease and condition claimscheck this
- Flagged: Mechanism-of-action claimscheck this
- Flagged: Outcome guaranteescheck this
- Passed: Comparative superiority claims
- Passed: FDA approval claims
- Flagged: Unsubstantiated proof languagecheck this
- Flagged: Required compliance disclaimerscheck this
Your audit names the exact pages and the exact claims behind every mark, and what to change in each one.
Your audit runs this on your real numbers, not a slider.
When a vendor gets this wrong, the letter comes to you. Compliance is front of mind here because it is your license on the line, not ours.
All engagements begin with an application, so we can tell whether we are the right fit. If we are, you get a one-to-one call with Karlista to walk through the gaps, your goals, and whatever is standing in the way.
Questions
What does DIGICO Digital do?
DIGICO Digital is a Florida healthcare marketing firm. We build patient acquisition and retention systems on a HIPAA-configured platform, covering ads, SEO, website, intake, automated follow-up, and patient reactivation, so practices run one system instead of coordinating four vendors.
Who does DIGICO work with?
Florida practices with cash-pay or biologics offerings. Pain management, orthopedic, spine, medspa and aesthetics, functional medicine, regenerative, and concierge. Primarily Naples, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. We do not work with addiction or substance use treatment practices, which fall under a separate federal regime.
What makes healthcare marketing different from regular marketing?
Patient data is protected health information. Any vendor touching it needs a signed BAA. Ad platforms like Meta will not sign one, which makes uploading patient lists non-compliant regardless of intent. Florida adds the FTSA for phone and text outreach, and SB 1768 for patient-facing content referencing certain therapies.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. With every healthcare client, on day one, regardless of scope.
How does an engagement start?
With an application, so we can tell whether we are the right fit before either of us spends an hour on a call. If there is a fit, you get a one-to-one call with Karlista to walk through the gaps, your goals, and what is standing in the way.
What is in the audit?
Two parts. First, your website scored against the claim patterns that draw letters: disease and condition claims, mechanism-of-action language, outcome guarantees, comparative superiority, implied FDA approval, unsubstantiated proof, and required disclosures. Second, where patients drop out between finding you and booking, valued against your own numbers. The written audit names the exact pages and the exact claims behind every mark, plus what to change.
Can I buy the audit without a retainer?
Yes. The Audit is $1,000 as a standalone, delivered as a written plan your own team can execute. It includes one 45-minute call to walk through the findings.
How does the audit credit work?
If you start a retainer within 90 days of your audit being delivered, the full $1,000 comes off your first invoice. Core month one becomes $2,000. It applies to any engagement and does not combine with other discounts.
Do you work with physicians on personal brand?
Separately, yes. That is one-to-one work on you as the expert rather than on the practice: positioning, content, audience, and income that is not tied to you being in the building. It is capacity-limited and runs on a waitlist. It requires roughly three hours a month on camera.
Is any of this legal advice?
No. DIGICO Digital is a marketing firm, not a law firm. An audit identifies marketing practices that may create exposure. It is not legal advice, not a legal opinion, and not a HIPAA compliance assessment or certification. Consult a qualified healthcare attorney about your specific situation.
Who is behind DIGICO?
Karlista Maroney, founder. She has consulted more than 30 physicians on their marketing and trained over 600 doctors total. She presented at A4M in 2026 and holds certification in exosome and stem cell science, compliance, and clinical practice. Her background spans healthcare and private equity, running marketing for companies where claims get scrutinized.
Do you have results you can show?
Yes. Prior work includes scaling paid patient acquisition from near zero to more than 5,000 monthly sessions in eight months, generating physician leads at $7.65 each, and growing a physician-led content channel by more than 900 percent. Full case studies are provided to practices that apply.
What does it cost?
Four ways to work with your practice. The Audit is a one-time $1,000. Core is $3,000 a month and Full Management is $7,500 a month, both with a six-month minimum. The Overhaul is a one-time $15,000 rebuild with no monthly commitment. Personal brand work is quoted separately.
